EARLY ACCESS — HUMAN-ASSISTED SETUP

Bring your shop onto BayLineup

There is no self-service signup yet — every production account is set up with a real person so we get your roster, permissions, and shop-management system right from day one. Not ready to commit? Try the live demo first; it's seeded with fictional shop data and never touches your real information.

What onboarding looks like today

  1. Tell us about your shop below (or email us) — this does not create an account by itself.
  2. We confirm your shop-management system, if any, and how repair orders should flow in for now (manual entry, or CSV import if your system can export one — see Settings once your account exists).
  3. We provision your shop's first supervisor account and hand off credentials directly, following the same process described in README.md (npm run db:seed-admin for self-hosted shops, or a hosted account we provision for you).
  4. You add the rest of your team from Settings → User accounts.

Direct shop-management connectors (webhook or API sync) are still in development — see the Integrations status on the marketing site for what's available today. Nothing about onboarding requires one; the board works from manual entry from day one.
